Must-Have..
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
a) Strong expertise in Math/ Statistics, Machine Learning and Predictive Modelling (Regression, Neural Networks etc) would be highly valuable.
b) Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
c) Be building advanced statistical models, algorithms and trend analysis in order to discover predictive insights related to network and business objectives
d)Translate data algorithms and complex ideas into impactful management insights and solutions
e) Translate operator business objectives into business intelligence trough regressive data analytics
f) Working on Big Data tools and technologies to sustain our continued operational transformation objectives and market leadership
g) Research and develop approaches on how to improve business processes and customers experience by using our vast amounts of data.
h)Hands on experience of designing and building scalable ML based system to production. NLP with pre trained models. Experience with SDLC process for software delivery .
i)Experience shipping ML solutions to production.
j)Experience in monitoring , evaluation and feedback loop for the ML solution in production.
