Job Purpose: Provide a summary or brief description of the role, success indicators for the position and impact of the role in the organization.
The position will support the identification and deployment of analytics use cases impacting the business. He/She will work with first party and third-party data to design, develop and implement predictive models and analytics solutions enabling the complany's processes and decision making. He/She will cover Customer Analytics pillar and can be extended to cover Distribution Analytics focusing on augmenting agency recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities: List, in order of importance, key duties and responsibilities of the role and provide an estimated percentage of time dedicated for each responsibility.
Collaborate with various business units such as Marketing, CX, Distribution to identify analytical use cases relevant to the business
Design and implement analytics solution which may include data preparation, feature selection/engineering, model development and implementation, deployment, and performance tracking.
Translate the result to actionable insights and present the same to stakeholders
Create proper documentations detailing the model development tasks and results.
Quantify impact of the analytics solution deployed.
Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or any related field
AWS Certification is an advantage but not required
Experience: [Provide minimum experience level requirement for the role. e.g. professional, special training and equivalencies.]
3-5 years experience in the field of Data Analytics
Experience in end-to-end ML model development lifecycle
Experience in using SQL, Python/R, Power BI
Experience working in an AWS Cloud environment
Experience in documenting requirements, model builds and data lineage
Ability to prepare results and communicate it effectively at all levels
Must be willing to learn new technologies
