Position Data Reviewer Analyst / Data Control Analyst
Work Base SMPC, Mandaluyong City
Qualifications Graduate of any 4 year course
Basic Computer skills
Preferably with SAP exposure
Job Description Responsible of Extraction of raw attendance from timekeeping device to SAP TM system
Responsible for checking and validation of all transactions encoded
Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of Payroll results
Takes ownership of the review and validation of timekeeping and payroll data computed by Payroll Assistant
Responsible for releasing of Payslips and Rice Ticket
Responsible of submission of monthly reports to client
Responsible for manual posting of employees' regular time, overtime and other premiums for businesses without SAP TM system
Responsible for reconciliation of Alpha list
Responsible of releasing of BIR form 2316
Ensure accurate implementation of payroll and timekeeping policies
Responsible to answer the query of employees' and clients
Communicates erroneous data for correction
Reviews the Alpha list versus the Monthly Withholding Tax Remittance from Finance (1601-C) including gross taxable income and non-taxable
