Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Has at least 3 years QA Auditor, Data Analayst or Reports Analyst experience
Excel expert
Expertise in reporting and creating dashboards using macro/VBA/RPA.
Analytic, keen to details and highly organized.
Good presentation skills
Preferably with QA experience or exposure on QA process.
Have work with or exposure with Scrum methodology.
Willing to work on graveyard shift, US schedule.
Can start ASAP and okay with Work form Home set-up.
Jobs and responsibilities will be as follow but not limited to:
Verify, investigate and audit projects/stories and its conformance to QA standards and procedures.
Design, create and establish a QA control checklist.
Ensure QA process is upheld during product / project management, deployment and other scrum work.
Ensure high quality standards at all levels of operations and management levels.
Develop, monitor and track QA data and process improvements in all products and services.
Assist and support teams in conducting QA audits and inspections.
Research, study, evaluate and advice on all QA controls and procedures for further improvements.
Ensure compliance of QA controls with the company's best practices and standards
