Job Purpose*
The Report Analyst will be part of a cross functional team involved with business intelligence (BI) and data migration work. This work includes (but not limited to):
Migration of reports from legacy systems to new platforms.
Report Creation and Maintenance.
Provide support to the users in the resolution of Report Issues.
The Report Analyst for Data Solutions supports activities related to the Data Quality Analytics (DQA) service including:
DQA Error Identification and Resolution
DQA Report preparation
Maintain, test and updating template
Representing the DQA service to potential customers and existing customers.
The Report Analyst is responsible for interacting with various resources to identify data errors, complies DQA metrics and reporting and drive for root cause resolution of Data Errors. The Report Analyst will also be responsible to provide reporting generation for both internal and external customers, and conducts user acceptance testing for data error resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities*
Participate in business requirements gathering and solution design discussions for report migration activities
Gather business requirements and as-is business process for reporting requests
Build and update legacy reports according to current requirements.
Build and update reports according to customer requirements.
Provide Quality Checks on all developed reports
Develop Test Cases to check on the developed reports
Provide Support and also drive the resolution of report issues
Qualifications
Qualification*
College and above, Mathematics major is preferred.
Existing GSSC staff with at least 12 months operation experience preferred
Integrity with deep sense of trust and have strong responsibility to assigned tasks
Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
Be self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
