Job Summary
Responsible in analyzing, designing, supporting, documenting reconciliation systems and participating in the development of systems, managing, quality control and implementation, and provides ongoing support to clients.

Areas of Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes and balances daily transactions and collections for daily reconciliation reports for billers or TPA partners.
Reviews and analyzes reconciliation of franchisees and corporate partners collections with upload/collection/settlement and deposit for biller reconciliation.
Consolidates daily fund transfers to billers.
Reviews list of late and erroneous deposit for penalty computation.
Identifies problems and develops solutions for all areas in connection with reconciliation reports.
Creates transaction reports for treasury.
Serves as the liaison for business process owners to ensure all reconciliation queries are answered efficiently and required posting are made in a timely manner.
Assists in training other team members on transaction analysis and balance reconciliation documentation.
Identifies "at risk" accounts, collaborate with internal teams and follow escalation guidelines to remediate issues, ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction resulting in successful account retention.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities
Proficient on MS Office and Accounting databases and/or software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong basic mathematical skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Education, Licenses and Certificates
Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management and/or other related courses
Relevant Experience
At least two (2) years of work experience
Business Understanding
Development and maintenance of system using a variety of platforms
Execution of plans during development and system testing
People handling experience at least 1 year
