Position Overview
The Data Quality Analyst is part of a newly formed team at TechnologyAdvice and provides data support across our internal teams. This team is responsible for researching selected segments of our audience to build robust profiles using various data sources. By creating a rich and unified view of our audience, we are able to engage with them at the right time and in the right way to create winning scenarios for everyone involved.
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will spearhead initiatives that will grow the data portfolio and improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality for usage across the business.

Working Hours: 4pm to 1am PHT
What you'll do
Conducts data gathering/collection projects using internal and external data sources.
Prepare sourced data for consumption by other team members or processes.
Proactively identify and resolve data problems and inaccuracies.
Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data.
Handles or generates data summary for analysis and reporting.
Support specific projects, as assigned by the manager.
Continuously adapts to feedback to meet project results.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders on data-intensive projects.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience related to data collection, data analysis, data transformation, or data management.
Capable of doing data gathering, transforming, cleansing, and analysis techniques using a variety of data sources.
Experience using Excel, MS Access, SQL or other similar technologies for data storage and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that support both communications to non-technical and technical resources alike.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach to work
Self-starter: somebody who has a positive attitude and is hard-wired with a "get it done" attitude and loves being faced with new challenges
Autonomy: can take an opportunity, formulate and execute on the approach, and constantly seek and adapt to new information discovered along the way.
Ability to multitask and ability to work in a team environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
