Job Description
The Regulatory Compliance (RegComp) Data Quality Analyst's primary responsibilities include:
Run daily reports to extract new or updated obligations and tools and check that meta data is correct and apply correction and republish where necessary.
Run daily reports to extract new or updated obligations and check that the compliance source reference conforms with naming convention and apply correction and republish where necessary.
Run daily reports to extract list of broken links and apply correction and republish where necessary.
Run daily reports to extract new or archived alerts and create and remove linkages to mandates as necessary. Where mandate does not exist; create new mandate and create linkage between mandate and regulators
Run daily reports to extract new or updated obligations and create and remove linkages to mandates as necessary. Where mandate does not exist; create new mandate and create linkage between mandate and regulators
Monthly reporting of Quality Metrics to stakeholder/s
Ad Hoc updates to Naming Convention Document
Other incidental responsibilities include:
Recognizing data variations and identifying data errors
Where certain error types is consistently appearing - communicating that to the relevant stakeholders for their process improvement
Close interaction with team members in Australia and within REPH is required to carry out the role effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
College Degree (Specialized/ Technical - IT and/or systems management related is a plus)
Knowledge/experience in Quality Assurance processes is a plus
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
