EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Associate will support the activities of Data Processing Enablement previously Data Protection Enablement team (DPET) in relations to the roll out of modernized Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) issued by the European Commission.
This role reports to the Finance Operations Manager and closely cooperates with Data Processing Enablement Team Coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the DPET activities to ensure that our 3,000 legacy suppliers will have the accomplished SAP Contractor Agreement on the Commissioned Processing of Personal Data (CDPA) in place.
Ensures the completion and quality checks of DPE-related questionnaires and requirements
Support Vendor Enablement & Service Enablement process
Uploads Data Processing Enablement Agreements & Annexes (CDPA/MDPA, Frame DPAs, SSSA, Acession Agreements) in Ariba SLP - Contract Workspace
Monitors Ariba SLP notifications
Participates in Vendor Master Database maintenance process
Handling of inquiries from end users, line of business, stakeholders & suppliers
Work to deliver tasks within the team's Service Level Agreement

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English
Minimum Tertiary qualification from University or College
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, IT or related field
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably 1 year or more experience within finance, procurement or business operations
Working experience within a shared service center environment
Experience with SAP systems (ie SAP GUI, Ariba SLP, MDG-S) is a plus
Experience in General Data Protection Regulation process is a plus
