The Data Management Associate is a junior member of the team who will be assigned to support a client's Data Management activities. He or she will be part of a dedicated team working on the US time zone.
Following defined operational processes, the Data Management Specialist will: * Map and load client data;
Run data cleaning processes;
Generate reports, set up links and perform quality checks;
Utilize standard SQL scripts to pull records from other applications and follow project specific documentation to reload for calling;
Compare client data to vendor data to identify records with high probability of enrolling;
Setup and verify translations;
Perform data cleansing, scoring through application and deduping, and
Generate final output in the format required
Bachelor's / College Degree - Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science or other related courses
Preferably with at least 6 months relevant experience
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Has Knowledge in SQL
Has good English communication skills
Keen to details
Preferably with relevant experience in Data Management
Preferably with experience working in the US shift
Amenable to work Mon-Fri on US shift (8pm-5am)
Can work remotely and has stable internet connection
