Job Purpose
- The Data Management Associate is currently servicing requirements mostly of Domestic Sales. Data Management will now extend its services to Exports Sales. Hence, a dedicate Database Management Associate is required to cater Export Sales data.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide Weekly MTD Sales, Consignment, Liquidated Sales per Account Manager, SO vs Delivery, Monthly Trade Returns, Sampling Activity, Product Distribution Matrix and Near-Ex reports.
- Assist internal customers, specifically Sales and Marketing on other requirements/requests.
-Close coordination with the other data management associate in creation of new reports and templates.
-Other tasks as needed or instructed by immediate supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Preferably with knowledge on SAP
- Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/ System /Database Admin or equivalent, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proactive and keen to details
- Can work independently given clear direction/objective from supervisor
