Job Description
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Associate Manager. Covers jobs that drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation.
In this role, you will:
Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues under direction of management
Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
Plan, direct, and evaluate workflow, assignments, or distribution
Supervise and coach entry to mid-level roles in transactional and tactical tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Data Management
Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
Two ( 2 ) years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
One ( 1 ) year of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in using SQL, Teradata, Tableau
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Knowledge in Wholesale Customer Information System or WCIS application
Quality oriented
Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail.
Ability to research, compile, and perform in-depth analysis on critical operational data.
Possess good troubleshooting, technical, and resolution skills.
Has exceptional reporting and analytical skills and a general understanding of operations policies and procedures.
Job Expectations:
Amenable to work on mid-shift, 3PM - 12AM, Monday - Friday
Amenable to work full-time onsite, Five NEO, BGC
