The Role
As a Data Lineage Specialist, you will develop and maintain data lineage artefacts and tools covering data flows and transformations based on the established Data Governance framework. You will provide thought leadership with the projects and enhancements involving any of the upstream and downstream data flows and processes in collaboration with IT, data and business experts.
How you'll contribute
Establish data lineage for critical data elements.
Develop data lineage frameworks and tools.
Support projects and initiatives that would improve the overall data maturity of the bank.
Strong analytical and project/time management skills. Intermediate facilitation skills with the ability to
drive issues to closure. Basic level proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Statistical Analysis
System (SAS), Confluence, Amazon Web Service (AWS) or any related platform
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business or any related field
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of databases and data structures. Knowledgeable in data management
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties
