As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for managing large sets of part master data and ensuring the integrity of the data loaded into the SAP system. Can be assigned to department projects, can lead a specialty process or area.
Responsibilities
-General POSS knowledge and ability to assist with day to day work flow.
-Ability to analyze trends/patterns in large datasets to drive process improvement suggestions.
-Create/Provide documentation and assist in training sessions for any new process improvement.
-Execute production processes supporting sales teams.
-Communicate with multiple areas of the company
-Work with multiple vendors to drive better workflow practices.
Requirements
-Advanced Excel skills a must - including formulas, macros, and some VBA
-1-3 years of relevant work experience
-Ability to analyze information to support fact-based decisions
-Ability to work well with multiple support teams
-Dedicated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Self-motivated and can complete work with minimal supervision
-Excellent communications skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint ...)
-Preferred: In depth knowledge of SAP and Hybris
-Preferably with experience in Data Visualization Tools (Power BI or Tableau)
