DATA ENTRY / VA - DAY SHIFT | AUSTRALIAN CLIENT
 
Responsibilities:
You will work from our Cebu office to support our Sydney based client
Does data-entry from emails, school websites and other sources into a google calendar
Keeps up to date with client information
Answers live chat
Sends out weekly EDMS to clients
Facilitate/Assist in onboarding new clients
Occasional communication with clients
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as Data Entry Specialist, General Virtual Assistant or VA in any related field
Bachelor's degree holder in any field
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Strong time management skills
Very organized and keen to details
Highly trainable, can work with lesser supervision after the training/s given
Has a caring nature and responds timely to tasks/requests
