Responsibilities
In completing the orders, the representative should check and validate patient's information in patient's file and sales order. This includes verification of pre-loaded insurance and checking of prescription.
Representative should check whether the prescription from the doctor is complete before processing the order.
Representative should ensure accuracy and efficiency in completing the order with minimum supervision.
Representative should comply with the instructions given by the immediate head (s).
As required by the job, the representative should meet the target productivity within the specified time.
Anything not normal with the process, any glitch or error in the system, representative should immediately report it to the immediate head through Skype or E-mail.
Representative should always be present in a scheduled meeting or immediate call through Skype except unless one is absent
Internet and Hardware Requirement:
· Must have 2 Monitors
· Must have USB Headset
· Speed test - Minimum of 20mbp Speed Download and Upload
· Windows 108GB or Higher of Memory
· Processor i3 or higher
· Computer must be Free of Malware or viruses
