Maintain data files accurately.
Review data for completeness and accuracy.
Update data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner to avoid backlogging.
Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases.
Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Must have completed at least two (2) years in college or must possess a vocational/short course certificate
Must be able to communicate in English
Has the ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Has excellent typing skills (at least 30wpm)
