Position Title: Data Entry/Encoder
Salary: 14,000 - 16,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Team
Primary Relationships: Partner Team
Date: March 2024Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of service to clients
Ensure quality client satisfaction through accurate and efficient data entry
Display polite and professional communication with team members and clients
Perform back-office tasks, including transferring data from PDFs into computer files or database systems accurately in real-time
Collaborate and work effectively with team members to achieve the best results
Achieve timeliness and accuracy in work output to meet deadlines
Perform other back-end support duties as required by the client
Work in accordance with the company's policies and procedures to maintain compliance
Conduct online searches, if necessary, and accurately update/input details into the database
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications:
At least college-level education and with relevant experience
Ability to prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline-driven environment
Basic database understanding or knowledge
Data encoding or data entry experience preferred
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good time management and task management skills
A good understanding of data confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Excel and Word)
Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
Computer Savvy
The ability to do repetitive tasks for long periods of time
The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
