The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Data Entry and Shipment Tracking Associate ?
The primary role of Data Entry and Shipment Tracking Associate is to be a primary interface between Radiant Global Logistics internal customers, and Operations with limited external customer communication (email only) to deliver the highest level of system continuity and coherence for entered shipment activity, while meeting all company policies and procedures. Job duties may be added or taken away due to operational / business needs and requirements ?

General Accountabilities ?
? * Emailing and Video/teleconferencing communication
? * Providing general customer service.
? * Data entry of shipments of shipment data.
? * Tracking and tracing of shipments.
? ?
Specific Accountabilities ?
? * Maintaining continuity of communication via email, messenger or video/teleconference.
? * Completing entry of pick up information.
? * Entering Proof of Delivery for all shipments as needed
? * Confirming of all delivery charges based on carrier/agent communication and reports.
? * Breakdown of the charges are necessary to ensure correct billing and payment to the vendors.
? * Applying basic problem-solving procedures on a daily basis.
? * Understanding and accurately knowing how to use 7L Freight.Com, Microsoft Outlook and in addition to any other resources provided.
? * Entering and updating information in TM per company policy.
? * Assuring shipments are tracked and costs are entered as needed.

Your Success Profile includes: ?
? * High school diploma required; college/vocational degree preferred
? * At least 1-year experience providing customer service preferably from the Transportation or Logistics industry
? * Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook and Excel
? * Preferably with working knowledge of Transportation Management Software (SAP, etc.)
? * Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal customer service.
? * Strong English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
? * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills (in a team environment).
? * Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
? * Team cooperation and respect is required.
? * Able to work in fast paced environment.
? * Accurate and detail-oriented.
? * Willing to work in Cebu IT Park and on a US or night shift
