What You'll Do Providing high level design and technical solutions for Cloud Engineering team. You will prioritize multiple tasks effectively and deliver data model design, analytics-focused data warehousing, and data integration/management leveraging cloud and other technologies to add advanced capabilities and improve application efficiency. Creating/managing AWS services. Work with distributed systems as it pertains to data storage and computing. Building and supporting real-time data pipelines Design and build of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes by writing Step functions or custom data pipelines. What You Have At least 5 years working as a Data Engineer or Big Data (AWS) Proven experience and capabilities in server-less development across environments (e.g. Development on Apache Spark, EMR, Glue, Python) With a strong understanding of ETL, Metadata Management, CloudTrail & CloudWatch Experience with Data Visualisation tools (e.g. Qliksense, Tableau, Snowflake) are a plus. Experience working in an agile software delivery team or agile operations team Solid knowledge of development languages or scripting languages Demonstrated strong problem solving and critical thinking Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Experience presenting or talking to groups of varied s and skill level Enthusiasm, commitment and self-direction What is in store for you?
