Job Description
A Data Encoder is responsible for:
Accurately and efficiently encoding all the data that needs organizing and recording
Confirming that the entered data accurately aligns with original documentation
Organizing and maintaining original paper evidence
Assuring that files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
Transcribing, scanning or photocopying hard copy documents and forms as needed
Self-auditing their work checking for errors or duplication
Organizing files in a logical and manageable fashion
Adhering to and meeting set schedules and deadlines
Inputting, tracking, and maintaining all encoded data and records
Performing any other office tasks that the management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Graduate of BS Information Technology and related courses
Must have good organization skills
Should be able to work independently as necessary
