About the role
Your Opportunity
As a key member of the Data and Analytics team, you will be accountable for administrating and operating the Data Distillery - Bacardi analytics cloud ecosystems. You will manage our IT partners resource and help build, develop, and enable new processing and reporting capabilities by focusing on the continual improvement of the Data Distillery platform.
Your ability to provide support at Analytics project level while maintaining the integrity of the overall Data Distillery architecture will be key to ensure the success of this position. You will strive relentlessly to optimize the administration of the Data Distillery and to ensure its adherence with security and compliance rules. You will create and apply framework tools and provide guidance to drive greater effectiveness in the administration of the Data Distillery.

Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Direct, organize, and coordinate Data Distillery daily administrative tasks activities
Install, monitor, and optimize news servers and services of the Data Distillery
Provide the right level of processing capabilities for the different servers and services in a cost optimized way
Proactively report on issues and challenges to management
Support BI operations when required
Provide recommendation and participate to system and application architecture discussions and decisions
Troubleshoot services and solution architecture with the collaboration of the analytic dev team, operation team or network team
Ensure that all relevant data and program files are properly backed up on the cloud
Ensure that all VMs are up to date with the latest revision and that the software applications they are hosting are up to their most compatible version
Manage vendors for all upgrade and architectural changes activities
Demonstrate the ability to design, document and lead new projects; working independently or in teams, and ensure communication between the other IT departments and vendors.
Demonstrate a strong ability to work across multiple IT teams to provide optimize and secured cloud services
Monitor Resources and Azure Log Analytic / Implement Security and Protecting Identities
Must be able to create tools and guidance to drive greater effectiveness in the administration of the Data Distillery
Must be able to work EU Time zone and/or overtime when required
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
Strong experience in administrating computer systems on the cloud
Strong experience in developing Analytics BI solution architecture both hand on and on theory
Overall strong IT technical skills, in development, operations and in system administration
Strong understanding of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud
Strong BI development experience in SAP BW and BO
Strong ETL development experience for data integration purposes
Ability to make operational and administrative tasks in a timely manner to avoid excessive production down
Demonstrate a strong proven working knowledge and ability to design, install, program, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems
Must possess documented work experience in BI and Azure development
Must possess and apply strong managerial, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS PowerBI, Azure ADF, Azure SQL, SAP BW
