The Data Coordinator in the Marketing Data Team at RingCentral will empower the Marketing organization with processes, metrics, tools and technologies to deliver world-class data infrastructure enabling a highly data-driven business. You will collaborate with both the Marketing, Global Operations and IT teams to deliver and contribute to strategic solutions designed to meet and support the entire Marketing portfolio.
The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, enjoys working as part of a team, can successfully multi-task, and thrives on being successful in high stress environments. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, excellent logical troubleshooting skills, strong project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Establishes formal cadence/timelines of reporting and measurement to ensure metrics are available on a timely basis. Holds teams accountable.
Establishes and standardizes processes and tools for the measurement and reporting of key programs, establishment of program charters, and documentation of progress.
Assesses program performance on a regular basis with a focus on leveraging resources, technology & communication to ensure success. Makes recommendations on project prioritization, portfolio adjustments and overall portfolio alignment.
Maintains a repository of projects opportunities, supporting material, project plans and updated project documents for all key programs.
Ensures continuous alignment of the overall program with the strategic business objectives. Makes recommendations for adjustments to enhance performance.
Builds credibility and establishes a collaborative rapport with key stakeholders within the organization.
Drives continuous process improvement and standards development.
Facilitates change management as needed.
Must-Have:
Experience in driving continuous improvement with a track record of achieving results.
Two to three years of relevant project management and work experience in the same field is required for this position.
Strong process orientation.
Ideal candidate is familiar with project management tools like MS Project, Wrike, JIRA and a strong user of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work, lead and achieve results in a global environment.
Strategic thinker that can provide solutions for complex issues.
Self-starter/action-oriented: Can identify opportunities and drive teams to achieve measurable goals.
Metric/data-driven: Focuses on driving measurable improvement in all processes, established KPI's and follow through.
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and enjoys collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced organization.
Must be a highly energetic individual and a motivated team player.
Qualifications:
BS or MS IT or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in Data Management and Analysis
Nice-To-Have:
Bonus points if you've worked in Marketing Operations, Automation, or with Marketo, Eloqua, or similar tools.
Experience with digital marketing agencies and campaign traffic management
