About the Job
The Data Coordinator will effectively manage project timelines to ensure requests are delivered efficiently and within scope. They will also help to develop project scopes and objectives, involving appropriate stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
As Data Coordinator, You Will...
Manage project workflows from initial scoping through development of reporting
Develop and prepare materials to provide instruction, documentation, and reference
Scope new work by coordinating with various teams and thoroughly documenting and communicating requirements
Create efficiencies in the way data is collected, managed, and interpreted within the organization
Perform data quality assessments as needed to ensure the cleanliness of data
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Be willing to assist with report creation or updating as required
Requirements:
As Data Coordinator, You Have...
Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling preferred
Experience with SQL, Tableau considered an asset
Experience using formulas, pivot tables, and knowledge of data management considered an asset
English language proficiency
The ability to collaborate frequently with many other team members and be able to demonstrate clear written and verbal communication
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite
Must be able to self-manage daily activities and time in a changing environment
Have an eye for detail and organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
