The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst professional with strong analytical and communication skills to join us in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will join a growing team focusing on supporting the Business Intelligence & Data Platform projects.
Participate in delivery of commercial projects and work closely with cross-functional teams within the organisation
Understand business problems, align with the business stakeholders and technical teams on project delivery.
Responsible to perform impact analysis, facilitate workshop, requirement analysis design, project scoping, documentation, data dictionary, organise JIRA stories and dashboards, and coordinate project delivery
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project progress update.
The Person
Applicants must possess the following:
Tertiary or degree qualifications in Computing Science/Engineering qualification or recognised equivalent
Minimum 2 years business analyst experience implementing Business Intelligence / Data Platform projects
Thorough understanding of software development life cycle
Experience in Agile Kanban and Scrum frameworks
Experience in Atlassian JIRA & Confluence
Experience in Project Management
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience in any of the following tools/technologies would be nice to have but not essential:
MS SQL Server - SSRS
Power BI
Business Objects
AWS knowledge
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and documentation skills
Result focused with ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment
Simplicity mindset, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary
