JOB SUMMARY
The Data Architect will be responsible in developing, optimizing and overseeing the company's conceptual and logical data systems. Duties include preparing architect reports, monitoring the system and supervising system migrations. The candidate must have the know how to examine new data system requirements and implement migration models and must also have proven experience in data analysis and management with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCY)
We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of experience with a Data Architect role, who has attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
Experience in one or more areas of Data Warehousing / Data Management
Experience in ETL and a wide array of ETL tools
Experience in a wide array of BI / Data Analytic tools
The ability to work with loosely defined requirements and exercise your analytical skills to clarify questions, share your approach and build/test elegant solutions in weekly sprint/release cycles.
Practical experience in clustering high dimensionality data using a variety of approaches
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
In-depth understanding of the digital banking ecosystem is a plus
Experience in banking or any financial service is a plus
Passion for design and delivery of outstanding customer experience services
