Derive a deeper understanding of Customer on their preferences and behavior to be able to leverage better offers and higher engagement
Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights using analytical methodologies and recommend and incorporate qualitative customer data to enhance data
Work with both structured and unstructured data and employ a variety of tools and techniques for analysis and visualization
Identify types of customer promotions required to enable upsell, cross-sell, engagement, recognition and win back
Determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using techniques including, but not limited to, statistical clustering and RFM segmentation
Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, and other related courses
At least 1 year relevant experience in consumer insights, including acquisition, loyalty or engagement marketing and embedding analytical results into decision-making process
Has an experience in applying quantitative discipline such as unstructured data mining, pattern recognition, qualititative analysis, financial analytics and optimization in consumer and loyalty marketing arena
SQL knowledge is required
Familiar with R, Phyton and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI
Experience in market research is a plus
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present to actionable insights to Senior Management
Must be keen to details
