About the Role
The Data Analytics Team Lead - A&R is integral in providing quality reporting and analytics needs to our partners while leading functional sub-teams. You will be encouraged to understand, translate operationally and fulfill business requests using available resources, and mentor the analysts under your team.
Your Impact in Role:
Conceptualize, build, and maintain reporting and automations solutions in addition to excellent SQL and general programming/coding skills. Be a thought partner and handle projects independently from conceptualisation to delivery.
Implement and complete assigned deliverables in a timely manner. End-to-end involvement in the projects with the partners from idea creation to delivery & impact realization.
Proactive communication and collaboration with both internal and external partners. Provide key insights, recommendations proactively and be a thought partner for stakeholder.
Mentor team members and act as an SME in sharing the knowledge at scale within the team/org and manage a team of reporting and business analysts to deliver output to the partners, demonstrated by Metrics: OSAT, UMS, Jira Scores.
The Experience You'll Bring:
Relevant experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Statistical analysis or related experience is mandatory.
Advanced SQL Skills. In-depth knowledge of Uber Data Structures with strong Presto/Hive querying skills.
Strong knowledge in Python/R or similar programming languages and proficient in one or more visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail accuracy is a must!
