Role Context
Data Analyst to support project management activities within the Project Management Office (PMO). Analyze, interpret, and mine project data to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and contribute to project success.
Collect, analyze, and mine project data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain project-related databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Design and generate reports and visualizations to effectively present project data.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and data mining to support decision-making processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities using data-driven solutions.
Assist in implementing data quality standards and best practices within the PMO.
Stay updated with data analysis methodologies, tools, and data mining techniques.
Ideal Candidate
Experience as a Data Analyst within a PMO or similar environment.
Familiarity with data mining techniques and methodologies.
Good understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) a plus
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Experience in data analysis tools (any of these: Excel, SQL, Python, visualization tools).
