Position : Data Analyst
Working Hours : Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week, flexible schedule (client is open to discussing working hours with the candidate)
Salary Range : $800-1,500/month (depending on the client's final offer)
About the Role:
We are not after years of experience, we essentially want people who are analytical and good communicators who can learn how our applications work, monitor dashboards, run reports, and configure user accounts/system preferences (not code-related). The company is looking for a candidate with a passion for data analysis, critical thinking, and attention to detail. If this is you, we would like to get to know you!
Responsibilities:
Work with large datasets in Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint decks to present findings to various stakeholders
Conduct product research and design and compile findings in Google Docs
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
Compile to-dos and build roadmaps for achieving strategic objectives
Handle workflows, data collection, data entry, and analysis in proprietary systems.
Execute system configuration tasks based on business requirements
Configure and implement process improvement workflows to increase efficiency
Perform user acceptance testing within the Mosaik platform
Collaborate with customers to address workflow and configuration requirements
Collaborate and communicate with clients as needed
Requirements
At least 2-5 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent written and oral English skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Any real estate experience (ex: working as a virtual assistant to a real estate agent, working with real estate companies, etc.) is preferred but not required
