Overview
The Data Analyst will support the global marketing organization of our client, a US-based technology company that provides network neutral data center services to enterprises, content providers, financial services companies, and network service providers
Responsibilities
Monitor and review system error notification
Monitor incoming general inquiries and distribute to appropriate owner for actions
Collect information from bounced emails such as updated contact information, opt out, additional prospects and input into system if necessary
Assist ongoing support requests and administrative needs from marketing in Marketo and SFDC
Review Data analysis and cleansing of data from various sources such as SFDC, Marketo, 3rd party systems etc.
Assist with creation of training materials and documentation for data and system changes
Build reports for any data analysis needs, comfortable in writing queries in systems such as Marketo, SFDC MS Excel and MS Access
Qualifications
Experience working in: SFDC, Marketo, MS Excel, MS Access
Comfortable with managing large amount of data from various sources
Experience with Marketing Operations processes, including lead management
Strong analytical skills
Fast learner
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong written and communication English skills.
Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and comfortable handling aggressive deadlines while executing on multiple tasks.
