In this role, you are expected to:
Create, design, and implement dashboards and other reporting tools to monitor company, team, and brand performance
Mine and analyze data from official sources to drive optimization and improvement of techniques and strategies
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques
Compile & analyze data and KPIs required for internal and client reporting
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes
Create and maintain existing dashboards and reports
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
Perform audit of data source integrity and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage a team of Jr. Analysts
Align with Data Architect and Database Admin on data quality
Act as data and process consultant during project development
This job might be fit for you if you have the following:
A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or other related fields
Experience as a Data or Business Analyst
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)
Proficiency in using any BI/Analytics Tools (ie: Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to drive business results with data-based insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in extracting and processing data using SQL
Excellent stakeholder management skills
