Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions. Performs support activities needed for the administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans. Performs review and analysis of commission data for accuracy. Responds to commission inquiries and works cross-functionally to resolve any calculation disputes/issues.
What you'll do at Insight
-The Data Analyst role will be responsible for developing efficient practices to serve business needs.
-Calculate, review, and ensure accuracy of commission payouts.
-Receipt, review and enter into system of record sales requested adjustments to orders
-Monitors commission mailbox. Review emails, perform necessary research, and responds.
-Ad-hoc research upon request
-Engages other departments to resolve issues.
-Audits costs or high margins invoices in commission data.
-Understands the various comp plans, components, and commission processes.
-Assist sales with calculators and commission reporting
What you'll need to join Insight
-Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, from four-year College or University
-At least 3 years of experience in business and other related experience.
-Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
-Strong written and verbal English communications skills
-Intermediate Excel skills
-Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
-Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
-Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
-Experience supporting or working in finance
