End to end process of portfolio review requested by the member accurately on a given timeline
Data cleansing with regards to portfolio review
Coordinate with different teams to achieve the end goal needed by the members
Back office support on both internal and external requests in relation to ICRS, adviser, triggers and other TUPH products and services
Billing reconciliation
Provide assistance in UAT for updates and new products
Able to have a good and meaningful interaction with TUPH members
Able to do operational work as assigned
Able to teach members and colleagues about TUPH process and services
Able to do other work as deemed necessary
