Job Description
The Investor Solutions Graduate Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day BAU support to Senior Accountants, Accountants and Assistant Managers. Also, the role will have a level of interface with clients and perform a key support role in the onboarding and implementation of new clients.
Tasks / Duties:
Front Office / Client Delivery
Responsible for the input of data into various IQ EQ systems in line with client specific requirements
You will be processing and analyzing data points to ensure delivery from start to finish is pinpoint
Technology is your best friend and always wanting to utilize latest technology to make your job more efficient
Scrapping data from various documents using state of the art technologies and converting them into meaningful analytics for clients
You like numbers, data, and working out how to get something from A to B.
Be an 'expert' on designated clients respective SLA's and deliverables
Minimize risk to IQ EQ by ensuring all procedures and checklists are followed and SSAE16 requirements are complied with by all team members
Providing support in documenting processes, checklists for new client onboarding
Systems and Processes
Help improve the department's processes and ensure that the department is continually and positively progressing on all facets of delivery
Risk
Ensure timely reporting of errors, breaches and complaints and sufficient and adequate controls will be put in place
Identify and evaluate risk probabilities and find ways on how to minimize such risk to Manila office
Qualifications
Must have:
Strong academic track record with University Degree in Accountancy/Finance. Desire to complete CPA qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
Analytical mindset.
1+ years relevant experience
Comfortable communicating with Management
Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly to be proficient in Excel
Must be willing to attend onsite training and onboarding for the first three months of employment.
This position is only open to Philippine citizens.
Nice to have:
Interest in performance reporting and various analytics a plus
Interest in how technology can provide efficiencies and transparency to clients
Experience working in Financial Services office environment
Mathematical/Financial qualification will be preferred for this role
Our current work set up is Hybrid Work from Home wherein you need to be in the office at least 2 to 3 days a week and the rest is WFH. To qualify you must have a stable internet connection (DSL/Fiber with at least 25mbps). To expedite the process of your application please have your government ID's ready.
