We're currently looking for:
Data Analyst who will resolve issues in evaluating data problems by collecting information from different sources.
Responsibilities:
Research company attributes like hierarchy, employee size, sector and industry.
Record and update technical and business processes related to data processing, handling and usage.
Help identify the root cause of issues in different platforms(especially Salesforce) and importantly, apply remediations.
Work closely with other teams as a cross-functional group to either provide or request data.
Support related adhoc tasks involving data management.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Research skills. Find, gather and analyze B2B company attributes like hierarchy, employee size, sector, and industry.
Good documentation practices. Record and update technical and business processes related to data processing, handling, and usage.
Ad hoc analysis. Use Excel or Gsheet to perform basic summary reports.
Focus & Patience. This job requires extreme attention to company data research, thus you'll be spending significant time doing manual and repetitive tasks
Desired Qualifications:
Background in B2B market research.
Can use Pivot tables and complex formulas in Excel/Gsheet.
Salesforce experience
