Reporting to the Partner Enablement Manager, Manila, via the Director of Partner Enablement for RingCentral, the successful candidate will be someone who is eager to expand their skills in the field of data and reporting analytics, reporting, and presentation. Key responsibilities include:
Request reports, gather and correlate data, analyze sales and or enablement data, and provide business insight and implications
Form proactive, data-driven recommendations and initiatives to improve key metrics
Design, update and maintain various dashboards and reports and with data profiling experience
Build & keep dashboards updated and custom reports to track KPIs across the entire product funnel and empower other team members with data, and investigate business problems
Play an active role in discussions with business leadership
Identify additional metrics which may be useful to the organization
Collaborate with teammates and peer groups to request and provide vital data
Execute work you're leading inside of team projects
Perform ad hoc analyses or duties as they arise
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Minimum of one-year experience in data/reports analyst role
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Salesforce and/or Tableau experience is a plus
Solid problem solving and recommendation skills
Excellent follow through and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Basic statistical skills, including sample size, confidence intervals, margin of error, and linear correlation/regression desirable
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed
Highly motivated "self-starter" capable of managing large pieces of a project without direct management
Entrepreneurial mindset - you know how to work on your own and be an owner of your work (but ask for help when needed)
Curiosity for learning new skills and a strong work ethic
