The Data Analyst will work with key leadership to identify key performance indicators and determine the best methods for measuring and reporting them. This will require an individual with exceptional attention to detail, advanced computer skills, a strong statistical background, and in-depth knowledge of our business, products, and processe Duties and responsibilities Identify existing and potential KPIs and how they can be measured. Review collected data and determine how it can be best presented. Work with key leadership to ensure that data presented meets business needs. Meet with key leadership to review data and trends and provide improvement recommendations based on the data. Minimum competencies Familiarity working with APIs to query and receive data Basic scripting Knowledge of Sharepoint Experience with analytics tools (such as Tableau or equivalent) Experience with Basic or VBasic language for writing logic queries Minimum qualifications Ability to work well in cross-functional teams Ability to analyze data and provide improvement recommendations Ability to create and maintain effective data reporting mechanisms Ability to research and find trends in data to support efficiency improvements Foundation in statistics and general mathematics.
