· Responsible for overseeing the development and use of data systems by identifying and developing efficient ways to organize data store, and analyze data.
· Creating and enforcing policies to ensure effective data management.
· Develop efficient and safe procedures for the analysis and management of data.
· Formulates management techniques for quality data collection and analysis in order to ensure accuracy, adequacy, and legitimacy of data.
· Analyze the mathematical formula use in each department and recommends new one not limited to sales quota, pricing, product distribution percentage, sales performance, financial reports and others.
· Analyze and give reports to top management the general progress of the company's performance in mathematical data.
· Other task may be assigned by the management from time to time
