Data Analyst is in-charge in encoding Purchase Orders and handling other data-related tasks in the system. Ensure that all the data in the order are correct. Provide list of item for the supplier to easily determine orders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Construct purchase order in the system.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Analyzing data before system execution.
Enter and check data in data base software to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been encoded.
Resolve discrepancies information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Verify the accuracy of the data.
Make necessary corrections.
Coordinate with buyers for any clarifications or verifications and for Purchase Order approval.
Secure a printed copy of the Purchase Order.
Distribute the copies to the designated item encoders.
Manage data flow.
Consult colleagues whenever needed.
Develop strategies for self- development.
Familiarizing proper ways of executing transactions using Oracle Applications and Custom Applications.
Adopt a technology way of working.
