Shell Business Operations Job Purpose Demonstrate ownership in processing requests and inquiries to interface with ERP systems, in accordance with the process framework, data quality standards and existing controls, while also conducting frequent reviews and updates on work instructions. Assist the PFP/SME in resolving manual and automated issues and with any process improvements. Timely and accurate maintenance of daily tracker, audit documents, and other relevant files, as well as resolution of inquiries related to those. Principal Accountabilities Collaborate with the Process Focal Point/Subject Matter Expert to ensure that these exceptions are handled systematically in the future by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement. Communicate with stakeholders to handle issues and manage requests while reaching appropriate turn-around time. Assist with external and internal audits of controls operated by providing supporting documentation on an agreed-upon schedule with the auditor in order to achieve a 100% pass rate for all controls under audit. Key Challenges Requires a self-starter with very good verbal and written skills in English, able to collaborate with different types and levels of stakeholders. Exposure to various cultural backgrounds and organizational levels, across diverse time zones and different technical understanding requiring flexibility on working hours Expected to be a meticulous, analytical and quantitative analyst who is able to identify gaps and propose solutions to the PFP/SME Working and supporting changes related to end-to-end process.
