Casino Administrator
Location - Cluj or Manila
We are seeking an Online Gaming Data Administrator to join our exciting team and help us to optimize our world class online products. The successful candidate will excel with data, be well organized and have a passion for all things casino and slots. We are looking for a self motivated applicant who can take on board the challenges of this role and push the product forward in a highly numeric and data driven manner.
The opportunity exists for career progression and this role may lead to a more senior position within the casino management team.
Applicants will fulfill these key responsibilities:
Organizing and arranging the casino content on our website
Monitoring which casino games are most popular and analyzing what games are enjoyed most by the customer base
Analyzing results and ensuring optimal performance of the games for the business
Using data analysis to maximize the company profits generated via the casino games
Checking business results against expected hold % and analyzing all reporting
Monitoring casino transactions to check for fraudulent activity and to prevent customers who attempt to cheat from profiting at the company's expense.
The candidate should possess the following key qualifications:
Degree educated with strong academic qualifications in mathematics
Proven ability to process and analyze data effectively
Proficient in English both verbally and written
Skilled in Excel and MS Word
Self-motivated and well organized with good attention to detail
Passion for casino products
Ideally 1-2 years of experience working within online casino industry or a similar industry
Happy to work weekends and evenings in shift patterns as necessary
