About the Role
In order to build the up the capability of the Business Platforms team we're looking for someone with the technical depth and experience to define, lead and deliver to large government contracts.
As the Solution Architect, you'll be required to lead the solution design on opportunities and define the technical implementation of requirements into the D365 product suite.
What else will you be doing?
Interacting with the customer - being the key driver of solution designs and fulfilling the role of project or relationship manager with the customer's technical authorities.
Supporting sales activity - configuring demos, creating presentations, and supporting business and sales personnel within the sales process.
Leading and supporting the wider team - enabling the D365 team members to "Stay up to date" through regular presentations on current and upcoming tools and products, and ensuring best practice is maintained.
Staying up to date - upskilling, learning, and training peers on Microsoft stack and related products that may relate to current, historic, and future implementations.
Requirements:
What you'll bring
You'll have plenty of experience leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions. Experience with Dynamics 365 is essential - you've been involved in Pre-sales, shaped designs, and completed full implementations.
You'll be comfortable with all relevant technical possibilities of Dynamics 365 , and have a desire to understand the customer's problem to ultimately craft and design solutions for the many and varied challenges you'll face.
You'll have:
Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics FinOps (including D365) and development experience with Microsoft technologies including; .NET C#, JavaScript, webservices, azure service bus etc.
Experience gathering technical requirements, identifying solutions and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of digital business transformations
Solid experience in driving customer facing engagements from a technical perspective
Advanced knowledge of integration concepts, CRM design paradigms and a curiosity to learn about the new D365 capabilities
A great track record of coaching technical staff as a team to maximise performance, satisfaction, and elevate team capability.
