Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization
2. Design, implement and maintain the organization's cyber-security plan
3. Direct the installation and use of security tools to protect sensitive information
4. Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements
5. Research the latest information technology security trends
6. Recommend security enhancements to the senior management
7. Monitor their organization's networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur
8. Maintain expertise with a high level of analytical ability to solve problems that are typically unusual and difficult - gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data
9. Monitor All Operations and Infrastructure
10. Maintain All Security Tools and Technology
11. Monitor Internal and External Policy Compliance
12. Monitor Regulation Compliance
13. Audit Policies and Controls Continuously
14. Ensure Cybersecurity Stays on the Organizational Radar
15. Map out the Security Incident Response Program
16. Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
17. Perform other tasks or duties that may be assign from time to time
Job Requirements/Specifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Possesses at least 8 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position
- Must have 3 years of direct experience in handling teams.
- Must have 5 years of experience in full-cycle cyber security operations
Others:
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent Must have direct experience in handling cybersecurity monitoring, incident response operations, and in writing policies and procedures for cybersecurity operations. (ISO Standards)
• Must be knowledgeable in IT Security Standards
• Must have experience in handling cyber attacks
• Certifications in cyber security
• Experience in forensics and international certifications are a plus
• Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms
• Must have direct multi-shift experience
• Can operate 24/7 operations (on-site 24/7)
• Must be amenable to work in Makati
