Cyber Security AnalystDairy Farm Group

Responsibilities:
Track and follow through all DFG IT Security projects/Initiatives and its delivery
Work closely with DFG IT Security key members and DFG IT COE partner and CIO to ensure all IT Security and Initiatives are aligned with DFG IT and IT Security COE Strategy & Roles
Assist in third-party vendors engagement
Assist in representing DFG IT Security COE across DFG IT at key cross-team projects/Initiatives
Assist in managing DFG IT Security project plan, schedule, issue/dependency tracking and security check on Pre and GOLIVE
Assist in managing RAF (Risk Acceptance Form) inventory, monthly review of outstanding RAF and ensuring closure or extension required for project/operation
Build and foster relationships with stakeholders from other DFG IT COE/PLG/BUIT
Timely and clear communications to the stakeholder community
Follow DFG IT project methodology, DFG Agile and manage projects in line with PMO standards under EDA Enterprise Design Authority (Governance). Ensuring Clarity is up to date, key milestones, risks, dependencies, issues are tracked and reported to the appropriate IT Security lead
Assist IT Security team or pillar leads in preparing and consolidating material/update for Committee meeting (Risk Management and IT Audit) as well as other working groups
Ensure measures as per DFG IT current security & compliance standards, are adhered to and in place for overall IT Governance - End-to-End
Qualifications
One to two years of experience in supporting or managing Security projects or Risk Management programs, fresh grads are highly desirable
Demonstrated small to mid-size project exposure from previous work experience or academy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to co-ordinate many dependencies and multiple demands in a fast-paced, fast changing operating environment
Rigorous approach to management of project delivery methodology
Good security and risk management knowledge, including security solution and product
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
