Job Description:
Responsible for SSS Benefits processing not limited to Salary/Calamity Loan, Maternity and Sickness applications
Responsible for HDMF / Pag-IBIG benefits processing not limited to Multipurpose/Calamity Loan Applications and consolidation of Contribution.
Responsible for the monthly & annual regulatory reporting requirements and on-time processing of statutory contributions and invoice payments
Responsible for processing and reporting employment status to statutory agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
Responsible for coordinating with managers and partner HR functions on leave records management on statutory leave and other approved leave of absence administrative requirements
Administer enrollment and termination of HMO memberships and life insurance coverage including reconciliation
Coordinate with HR vendors and Corporate Finance on validation and processing of invoice payment and other company benefits including, but not limited to Bereavement Benefits, Domestic Partner, Tuition Assistance Program and Wellness Program
Responsible for managing cases that comes through the HR tool and case resolution within the prescribed service level agreements
Assist in regular quality check of work processed to ensure error-free processing
Manage or assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed as part of process/procedure/functional enhancements and coverage requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree graduate in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or its equivalent
With minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Benefits Administration for Philippines
Preferably with experience in handling payroll
Has strong interpersonal, written & communication skills
Good stakeholders' management, preferably at various organization level
Good analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
Great planning, organizing, prioritization skills and can work with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and has strong critical thinking skills
Ability to identify innovative solutions and opportunities for improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proactive, resourceful, analytical, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
Must be amenable to working in a mid to late shift schedule
Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
