Description:
Check completeness of documents for the filing of entry before proceed at customs building
Update coordinator from time to time status of every shipments
Responsible to all gate pass to surrender the respective coordinator of every sub-con client and monitor if said gate pass is release base on the date reflected at the gate pass.
Responsible to all documents need by client once shipment deliver (set of documents need by clients upon delivery) and Delivery Receipt
Review all documents if correct and no discrepancy in value, description, weight, declaration of description declared by declarant, check if HS code used is correct
Prepare (without delay) complete set of documents for import and export transaction
Immediate action/update coordinator once document have problem on the processing and releasing of import & export entries
Report directly to Operation/Brokerage Manager & President any operational expenses beyond the standard processing rates (trucking, facilitation, or add on expenses) and quotation need approval by clients.
Immediate report to Brokerage Manager for any operational/administrative issues encountered about the documents
Requirements:
Preferably Customs Administration Graduate or Logistics Company background
Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
