About the Role
The CVM Campaign Consultant will be developing and managing campaigns for AIA Ph and BPI AIA with the objective of managing the lifetime value of the customers. These campaigns will result in reselling and cross selling to the existing customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creation of existing customer segmentation based on propensity to buy, product and financial solution match and needs.
Ability to execute campaigns and monitor performance end to end leading to its success
To develop customer journeys that would create awareness, consideration, and conversion of our existing customers
To be able to improve and build internal processes to improve customer experience in all of their activities related to resell
To work with data teams in developing performance management and monitoring tools
