•Required Skill(s): Customer Support, Great Communication Skills
•Preferably 1-2 years experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
•Familiar with different CRMs and platforms
•Excellent phone manners
•Can handle customers' inquiries and concerns with less supervision
•Telemarketing and appointment setting experience is a plus
•Willing to work on a shifting schedule
