Position : CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Central Time
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $ 800 - 1,500 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Act as backup with shipping
Product creation/listing management on Shopify
Regularly audit Shopify vs. Synapse for stock,
Check Target Bay for reviews/answer simple questions, notify who needs to answer more complex/technical questions, respond to reviews
Help Scout Setup/Maintenance
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Atleast 3 years of relevant experience
Shopify experience would be a plus
Tools: Excel, Outlook
